Customized Products (Non-Returnable)

Non-Customized Products For items that are not customized or personalized, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective, non-customized items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess your claim, you may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

  • Your order number

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or offer an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify an order (such as name spelling or design changes) must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started, order changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Shipping Costs

  • If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, HABII CRAFTED GIFTS FZ-LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for all other cases, including order changes or customer errors.
