While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, HABII CRAFTED GIFTS FZ-LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.
